Varun Dhawan donates Rs 5 lakh to an injured dancer

Bollywood star Varun Dhawan is a free-spirited guy and lives his life in the moment. The ‘October’ actor is now seven years old in the industry and keeps on getting better with every performance. Now, Varun has shown his large-heartedness and magnanimity by donating Rs 5 lakh to a young dancer, who injured himself.

Now, Varun Dhawan (who will be next seen in ‘Street Dancer 3D’) recently helped out a fellow dancer. The actor, who was informed about an injured dancer from Kartik Raja, a hip hop dancer, reached out to him after he had posted on Instagram about a young dancer, Ishaan, who broke his neck while dancing.

Ishaan, who is a dancer from Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh, injured his neck while practicing a double front flip. After succumbing to injuries, he was immediately rushed to the hospital. Varun, after seeing a post on Kartik’s account, donated the money.

The ‘Sui Dhaaga’ star texted Kartik as he inquired about how he can help the boy. In a private chat, he wrote, “Bro, who is this boy? How can I help him? Please tell me. Please call me.”

The injured dancer Kartik thanked Varun Dhawan.

Coming back to ‘Street Dancer 3D’, it also stars Shraddha Kapoor in a lead role. And it is being directed by Remo D’souza.
