Varun Dhawan tries ice therapy after injuring his foot on the sets of Atlee’s VD 18 shoot- WATCH video

Varun Dhawan is one of the most talented actors in the industry. He has interesting projects in the pipeline. For quite some time now, Varun has been busy shooting for his upcoming project which is tentatively titled ‘VD 18’. Varun starrer VD 18 marks his first collaboration with ace filmmaker Atlee. Recently, Varun suffered a foot injury during the shoot of the upcoming film. The actor later shared a video on his injury and gave an update about his health.

Varun gets injured

In the clip, Varun shared that he is not aware of how he suffered the injury. The actor said, “I hurt my leg, I think, while shooting, and I have no idea how I hurt my leg, but this what I am doing at the moment.’ It also shows Varun immersing his foot in ice water.

Varun will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the upcoming film. Earlier, Pinkvilla had quoted a source saying, “The preparation is going on in full swing, while the makers are also simultaneously working on the plan to officially announce the movie with the promo that they are going to shoot tomorrow. It will be an entertainment promo packed with action and drama, and will feature VD in a never-seen-before avatar.”

The Atlee produced film starring Varun Dhawan is slated to release on 31 May, 2024.

Apart from this, Varun also has Raj & DK’s Citadel India. Varun will be seen sharing screen space with Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the same. Fans are beyond excited for it.

The actor last delivered a terrific performance in Bawaal. Bawaal was directed by Nitesh Tiwari and also starred Janhvi Kapoor.
