Varun Dhawan reveals the reason he fought with Kiara Advani during Jug Jugg Jeeyo shoot

Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani have come together for the first time on director Raj Mehta’s JugJugg Jeeyo. The family drama is on a minting spree at the box office. Fans are loving Varun and Kiara’s onscreen chemistry. But do you know that the two actors have got into intense fights on the sets of the movie?

Their fights on the sets of Jug Jugg Jeeyo were so intense that director Raj Mehta had to step in to defuse the situation.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Vaun Dhawan opened up about getting into arguments with Kiara. He said, “I and Kiara got into 2-3 fights before we shot the scene genuinely. Because we were discussing the scene and she was like ‘I will say this.’ And I was like ‘but that’s not my point of view.’ As a man that’s not my point of view. I have to earn for my family because that’s what I have been taught. She’s like ‘no you are chauvinistic’ How’s that chauvinistic? Your brother and father think the same way. Then why I am chauvinistic if I feel I need to earn for my family. That’s what I am taught by my parents in childhood.”

Varun added that he and Kiara fought so much as that Raj had to intervene to put a stop to their fights.

JugJugg Jeeyo released on June 24 and also features Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Maniesh Paul and Prajakta Koli in pivotal roles. The movie has been garnering much love from the audience and had minted 9.28 crore on its first day itself.
