Varun Dhawan shares ‘family’ pic from the sets of Jug Jugg Jeeyo; Adds Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi twist to the post

Varun Dhawan, who is currently busy filming his next Jug Jugg Jeeyo, took to his Instagram to introduce his reel family from the movie. In the photo, we can see the star cast i.e Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Maniesh Paul, Varun Dhawan and Prajakta Koli happily posing for the click. The Instagram story had the Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi title song playing in the background.

The picture which was originally shared by Jug Jugg Jeeyo director Raj Mehta was reshared by Varun on his Instagram and he captioned it as family. On the other hand, Raj had captioned the same photo as, “As we inch closer to the end of shoot slowly and steadily, I’m constantly reminded of what a “special” experience making this film has been. Could have only happened with special artists like these! @neetu54 @anilskapoor @varundvn @kiaraaliaadvani @manieshpaul @mostlysane.”

Kiara shared the picture as well and wrote, “@raj_a_mehta you are the best.” Neetu Kapoor too posted the picture as well and wrote, “See you soon at the theatres.” The Jug Jugg Jeeyo team recently got together to rehearse a song choreographed by Bosco Martis.

Speaking of the movie, the same is directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta. The drama had gone on floors in Chandigarh in December last year. The shoot was halted many times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Varun and Neetu had tested positive for the virus during the shoot. The movie marks Neetu’s return to films after the death of Rishi Kapoor.
