‘Veere Di Wedding’: Sonam Kapoor gets emotional as the film turns one year old

Sonam Kapoor, who has done some amazing films so far, shared a BTS picture from the film ‘Veere Di Wedding’. The film, which also starred Kareena Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania, completed one year today. With a warm post, Sonam took us on a trip down memory lane.

The wedding drama revolved around the life of four female buddies and the several ups and downs in their lives. It had become an instant hit when it released. The film was directed by Shashanka Gosh and produced by Ekta Kapoor. Sharing the beautiful picture, Sonam Kapoor captioned the post, “One year since @vdwthefilm released. I’ve made life long friendships with these amazing women. Love you my veeres. Also @rheakapoor you broke the glass ceiling with a fucking hammer unapologetically. I love you and I’m so proud of you. On the work front, Sonam Kapoor was last seen in ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ which also starred Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla. The actress, who was at Cannes Film Festival recently, is currently gearing up for the release of her film ‘The Zoya Factor’.
