Veteran actor-director Tariq Shah passes away

Veteran actor-director Tariq Shah passed away today. Tariq breathed his last in a private hospital in Mumbai. According to the India TV report Tariq was under dialysis as he was facing kidney problems for the past two years.

The actor had featured in films like Bahaar Aane Tak, Mumbai Central, Ehsaas, Gumnaam Hai Koi. Tariq was married to actress Shoma Anand. They have a daughter named Sarah

He had directed films like Janam Kundli, Bahaar Aane Tak. He had even directed and produced the popular TV show Kadwa Sach.

The veteran actor’s last rites will take place at Mumbai’s Yari Road in the evening. Tariq’s wife Shoma Anand is also a popular actress. She has worked in films like Ghar Ek Mandir, Judaai, Coolie, Aag Aur Shola. She has also been part of popular shows like Hum Paanch, Shararat, Maayka and Bhabhi to name a few.
