Kirron Kher took to her Twitter and informed fans that she has tested positive for COVID-19.

Veteran actor Kirron Kher is one of the active celebrities on social media. Kirron Kher took to her Twitter on Monday and informed fans that she has tested positive for COVID-19. Kirron is COVID-19 positive. The veteran actress asked those who came in contact with her to get themselves tested.

A few days ago, Anupam Kher celebrated his birthday with wife Kirron Kher. Kirron had shared pictures with Anupam along with the caption, “Out for lunch with @anupamkher today on his birthday. Happy birthday dear husband. God bless you always. Lots of love.” The actress’ post received a lot of love from her fans.

In 2021, Kirron was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. She fought and came back stronger. After recovering from cancer, Kirron was seen as a judge on the reality show, India’s Got Talent.

Earlier, in an interview with Times of India, Anupam had opened up about Kirron’s recovery from cancer. The actor had said, “It’s a big relief. Touch wood. She has started working again. The human spirit is stronger than anything. Giving up is not an option.”

Talking about her battle with cancer, Kirron had told Hindustan Times, “It’s not the ideal situation to be in. Par yeh zindagi hai. One learns to deal with them and carry on. There’s no way out except to treat it. Nobody likes going through the treatment or its side effects. Some people get cured and some don’t. Even the doctors don’t know how and why it happened. Medical science doesn’t really have a concrete answer. I would much rather not have it. But it’s something I had to accept.”

Kirron is one of the most loved actresses in Bollywood. Over the years, Kirron has appeared in films like Sardari Begum, Bariwali, Hum Tum, Devdas, Veer-Zaara, Fanaa, Singh Is Kinng, and Rang De Basanti among others.
