Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are now Rokafied in the presence of close friends and family. The couple had a hush-hush Roka ceremony that took place at Ek Tha Tiger director Kabir Khan’s residence in Mumbai. Amidst rumours of a December wedding, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal did an intimate Roka ceremony at Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur’s home. A report suggests that only family members were present at the ceremony. Katrina Kaif’s mom, Suzanne Turquoette, her sister, Isabelle Kaif, Vicky’s parents, Sham Kaushal and Veena Kaushal, along with his brother Sunny Kaushal were present at the ceremony.

According to a report in India Today, an insider close to the couple revealed that Vicky and Katrina’s Roka ceremony was beautiful. As per the insider in the report, Katrina wore a lehenga for the ceremony and looked stunning. The insider mentioned that the families decided to go ahead with the ceremony considering the festive week.

The insider said, “It was a beautiful roka. There were lights and decoration and Katrina looked stunning in her lehenga. Since the Diwali dates were auspicious muhurat, the families decided to go ahead with the ceremony. Kabir and Mini are almost like family to Katrina and they were the most gracious hosts.”

The Roka ceremony is performed before marriage. The signifies the bond between the future couple to be and lock the wedding ceremony.

Meanwhile, Katrina and Vicky made it to the headlines recently after rumours of their wedding surfaced. The buzz is that the couple will get married in Rajasthan in December, this year. They were recently clicked attending a Diwali party as well, amid wedding rumours. As per reports, Katrina has not yet sent the invites yet.

On the work front, Kaif has Tiger 3 in the pipeline. She was last seen in the recently released film Sooryavanshi. Vicky Kaushal will start work on the Sam Maneckshaw biopic titled Sam Bahadur.
