Here’s why Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif will get married at an Indian location: Report

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have been making headlines over their wedding news lately. It is said that Vicky and Katrina will be tying the knot this year in December. If the buzz is anything to go by, Katrina will be getting married to Vicky at a fort resort in Rajasthan instead of an international destination wedding. While most star-studded Bollywood weddings have taken place in the dreamy Lake Como of Italy, fans were stunned to know that Katrina and Vicky’s wedding will apparently take place at an Indian location.

As per a report by BollywoodLife, Vicky and Katrina are both swarmed with their work. Katrina has Tiger 3 with Salman Khan and Vicky has the Sam Manekshaw biopic. An international wedding would mean more days away from work which couldn’t be possible right now.

The report also stated that it was Katrina who chose Rajasthan as their wedding destination. The report said, “Katrina wanted to get married in a pakka Maharani style, adorned with the finest traditional Indian jewellery and bridal wear. She has been mesmerized by the culture of Rajasthan. It was a Rajasthani wedding that she had attended as a guest a few years ago and the grandeur of it all remained on her mind. She always knew that when she gets married, it will be in a similar fashion.”

Meanwhile, reports state that VicKat, as they are fondly called by their fans, have locked a plush house for themselves in the city ahead of their wedding in December.
