Vicky Kaushal reveals the ‘cheaper’ alternative he gave to wife Katrina Kaif’s expensive taste

Vicky Kaushal literally got to be with the girl of his dreams when he married wife Katrina Kaif. The duo make for a heavenly couple and their chemistry is just too adorable. But it’s the little things that they do in their lives that make them so real and affectionate. Recently, Vicky revealed another such incident.

Vicky Kaushal launches the trailer of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke

On Monday, Vicky launched the trailer of his upcoming film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke with Sara Ali Khan. The trailer has instantly connected with the audience who are intrigued by the set up and are loving the lead’s chemistry. Since the film is about marriage, Vicky Kaushal opened up about his wife Katrina Kaif too during the trailer launch event.

Vicky on Katrina’s expensive taste

During an interaction at the event, Sara and producer Dinesh Vijan said that Vicky’s character in the film is ‘kanjoos’. When asked by the host if he is stingy in real life too, Vicky said that he is indeed sometimes.

When asked to give an example, Vicky revealed, “Furniture ki hamare ghar pe bahut discussion hoti hai. Jaise Madam ko ek abhi bar chahiye. Unhe chahiye hum bar lagayein hall mein. To unhone mujhe ek bheja ki ye bar main soch rahi hun. Wo jitne ka bar tha maine kaha ki main khada ho jaunga leke bottle. Tray mein main hi pakad ke khada ho jaunga par ye nahi aayega ghar pe. Ye bahut mehenga hai. Ye lag raha hai signing amount hai. Isme to nasha chadega hi nahi agar itne ka bar aa jayega to. (We have a lot of discussion on furniture. Currently, madam (Katrina) wants a bar in our hall. She sent me details of the one she wants. Seeing its price I said I will stand there instead holding the tray and bottle but it won’t be bought. It’s so expensive. It looks like a signing amount. If the bar would be so expensive, there won’t be any intoxication only.)”
