Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur will have special screenings by Parsi-led companies to pay homage to Sam Manekshaw

Vicky Kaushal is all set to sway his fans and followers with his upcoming movie Sam Bahadur. In the movie, Vicky is essaying the role of the first field marshal of the Indian army, Sam Manekshaw. Sam Bahadur is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. The trailer of Sam Bahadur released a while ago and it looks as promising as ever. The upcoming movie has perfectly captured the essence of the Indian army and how it continues to influence the army.

Sam Bahadur special screenings to be held

The Army icon Sam Manekshaw belonged to a Parsi community. As he belonged to this community, some major companies with Parsi leadership including Tata Group, Poonawallas Group of Industries, Godrej Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji Group will be organizing special screenings of Sam Bahadur for their employees, to honor the legacy of Sam Manekshaw.

Vicky recreates Sam Manekshaw’s ICONIC moment

Vicky Kaushal took to his Instagram handle and shared an iconic moment from the shoot of Sam Bahadur. The video is about recreating an iconic picture of Sam Bahadur and bringing it to life again. Sam Bahadur director Meghna Gulzar shares this memorable journey of bringing the image of Sam Manekshaw to life and recreating the scene. Taking to his Instagram handle, Vicky wrote, “It was an honour to recreate Sam Manekshaw’s iconic moment with his Gorkha jawans. The shot, this scene, has been an emotional and unforgettable one for all of us!”

Sam Bahadur also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, and Neeraj Kabi in pivotal roles. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Sam Bahadur inches closer to its release date of 1st December, 2023. Interestingly, Sam Bahadur will witness a clash with Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal.
