Video: Aamir Khan performs a special song with ex wife Kiran Rao and son Azad for daughter Ira Khan at her sangeet

The wedding festivities of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare are going on in full swing in Udaipur currently, with the couple sharing pics and videos from there regularly. On Tuesday night, the couple had their sangeet ceremony. And it turned extra special as the bride Ira Khan got a special performance from father Aamir Khan, his ex wife Kiran Rao and son Azad.

In an inside video that has surfaced from the sangeet, Aamir and family are seen performing on stage. He, Kiran and Azad are sitting on stage with a harmonium player. They dedicated ‘Phoolon Ka Taaron Ka’ to Ira, with Azad taking over the ‘Meri behna hai’ part. While the bride and groom’s faces aren’t visible in the video, they can be seen cheering her family. Even Aamir can be seen getting emotional as he blows air kisses to his daughter and son-in-law.

Both Ira and Nupur have gone quite non-traditional with their wedding looks and festivities till now. They began it with some workout with their guests, then hosted a pajama party. Their sangeet was indeed one of the most traditional part of their wedding festivities. The couple’s friend, actress Mithila Palkar shared their first pic from the sangeet. Both Nupur and Ira look quite excited and exuding the wedding glow in it. Their wedding extravaganza continues on Wednesday and Thursday as well.
