Video Alert: Kangana’s sword-fighting prep video for ‘Manikarnika’ proves her dedication

Controversies aside, Kangana Ranaut is preparing herself really hard to get into the shoes of Rani Lakshmibai for her forthcoming flick ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. The actress has been training herself in sword-fighting and now we have come across a video of the same. A fan page of the actress has shared a video in which Kangana is seen practising sword-fighting with two swords in her hands. Wearing a white tee and black leggings with white shoes, the actress is completely focused on the swords in her hands as she effortlessly spins them around.

Sharing the video, the fanpage wrote, “#KanganaRanaut practicing sword fight this afternoon for Manikarnika. Battle sequences to be shot in Jodhpur post Diwali. Prep in full swing‬”

‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ is directed by Krish and also stars Ankita Lokhande, Sonu Sood and Atul Kulkarni. It will be releasing on April 27, 2018.

On the personal front, the actress has been in the midst of a controversy over her rumoured love affair with Hrithik Roshan several years ago. While promoting her movie ‘Simran’, in an interview for ‘Aap Ki Adalat’, she revealed many personal details about her troubled past with Hrithik. While, the actor stayed silent for a while, he has finally opened up in a series of interviews and also posts on social media. Amidst this all, Kangana’s sister Rangoli has also been bashing Hrithik on social media.
