The Ganesh festival has set everyone in a happy mood, with every celebrity diving down in festive colors. Many Bollywood celebrities like Govinda, Vivek Oberoi, Sanjay Dutt and more welcomed lord Ganesha with a bang, but our Bollywood’s ‘Banjo’, Riteish Deshmukh decided to go quiet and an eco-friendly way to celebrate this festival.
The ‘Great Grand Masti’ star showed off his creativity and created an idol of Ganeshji at home using mud. His crafty hands created a small, but extremely beautiful idol of lord Ganesh.

Sweet, isn’t it?
This eco-friendly way of celebrating Ganesh Utsav also seems to be an extension of Riteish’ recently released song ‘Thank God Bappa’. This song is a satirical take on how we humans are so corrupt even while celebrating this festival. It also reminds us of the ugly truth of how the lords we once prayed remain helpless and broken in dirt after its immersion.
Going eco-friendly is definitely the best way to avoid this situation.
