Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Sanju’ a biopic on actor Sanjay Dutt released last Friday. It is garnering appreciation from fans and critics alike. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial has not only been on a record-breaking spree but has made a collection of Rs 145 crore approximately at the box office till now.
Ever since the film has released, a lot of throwback videos and pictures of Sanjay Dutt are doing rounds on the internet. One of the Twitter users recently shared a video when Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani had appeared in one of the episodes of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ to promote their film ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’. In the video, Shah Rukh Khan who was hosting the show is seen sharing an anecdote of how Sanjay Dutt once helped him in a situation.

In the video, SRK says, “When I had first come to Bollywood and Mumbai, I got myself into a fight. Unfortunately, I had no friends in Mumbai at the time nor did I know anyone as such. I was wishing that this had happened in Delhi as I would have had people to turn to. Even my parents were no more. However, one man came to my rescue in his jeep and that was Sanjay Dutt.” He further adds that Sanju had told him, “If anyone touches you, you tell me!”
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in Aanand L Rai’s ‘Zero’ this year. The film also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles and is slated to release on December 21, 2018.
On the other hand, Sanjay Dutt has ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3’ the hit gangster franchise also starring Chitrangada Singh, Mahie Gill, Jimmy Sheirgill, Soha Ali Khan, Deepak Tijori, Kabir Bedi, Nafisa Ali and Deepraj Rana in pivotal roles. The trailer of the movie was recently unveiled and loved by the fans. Dutt also has ‘Torbaaz’ co-starring Nargis Fakhri.
