Vidya Balan lodges an FIR against fake Instagram account for extorting money in her name

Vidya Balan has lodged an FIR against an unknown person with Mumbai police for creating a fake Instagram account in her name and asking for money from people. The unknown person created an identical Instagram ID and asked people for money by assuring them of jobs. According to ANI, Khar Police has registered an FIR under section 66 (C) of IT.

The police officer further revealed that the unknown person also created a Gmail account and started contacting people associated with Bollywood. When Vidya came to know about it, she immediately filed a complaint against the person.
