Liger: Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer to hit the theaters on the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer, Liger is one of the most- awaited movies. Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most loved actors from the south. Now he is all set to make his debut in Bollywood with Karan Johar‘s Liger. Liger was initially titled Fighter and now we have a release date for the movie.

Karan Johar, Vijay, and Ananya took to their social media account to share the great news with their fans.  Liger movie will hit the theatres on the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi. The movie will be one big celebration as it with release worldwide on one of the biggest festivals in the country. Liger will release in 5 languages Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

Karan took to his Instagram account and shared the release date of Liger with his fans, he wrote, “All set to pack a punch around the globe! #Liger is releasing in theatres on 9th September worldwide in 5 languages – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam. #Liger9thSept #SaalaCrossbreed(sic)”

Vijay also took to his Instagram account and shared Liger’s release date with is fans, he wrote, “The Date is set.
India – we are coming! September 9, 2021.(sic)”

Liger is Ananya’s first Telugu debut and pan-India film. Earlier, talking about working with Vijay Deverakonda, Ananya Panday said in an interview, “I have yet to meet someone so grounded and humble despite being such a huge star. He is kind and soft-spoken.” Directed by Puri Jagannadh, Liger also stars Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy and Makarand Deshpande.
