Vijay Deverakonda is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming film Liger. This is Vijay’s big Bollywood debut and he is leaving no stone unturned to promote his movie with his co-star Ananya Panday. They have been visiting colleges, malls; in fact almost every parts of the country to reach to larger people. On August 22, Vijay and Ananya were in Delhi to promote the pan-India movie. At a press conference, the actor was asked what would he do if the film flops at the box-office. Read on to know what he has said.

The Arjun Reddy actor revealed he is overwhelmed with the love he has been showered with immense love by the people during the promotions. The actor also said that he wishes to give back his love to them through Liger and hopes people would like it.

When asked about how he would react if the film doesn’t do well, Vijay said in Hindi, “Had you asked me this question a few years back, I would have replied with anger. I would have been so angry. However, with the kind of love that I have received in the last few days, it would be a disrespect to that (love) if I react angrily to such small things around. I want to remember the love. The audience is important, we work for them, and we travel cities just to meet them and we want to win their love.”

Vijay called Liger the ‘most challenging film’ of his career. It was physically challenging for him as well as he had to transform himself. “We had to train for the technical aspects of Mixed Martial Arts since there are many MMA fights,” he said.

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, Liger is releasing on August 25 in theatres.
