Finally! Vijay Varma REACTS to Tamannaah Bhatia’s fifth largest diamond rumour

Recently, news surfaced that Tamannaah was gifted the world’s fifth-largest diamond by Ram Charan’s wife Upasana Konidela. But, later the actress herself clarified it that looks like it wasn’t a ring but a bottle opener. In an interview, Vijay Varma boyfriend of Tamannaah Bhatia was asked about this ring and his reaction to it is hilarious.

In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Vijay was asked about the ring. He coolly replied, “I hope you know what it is. Woh ring nahi hai. Dhakkan hai (You know, it’s not a ring but a bottle opener).“ With a touch of humour, Vijay dismissed the silly reports claiming the world’s fifth largest diamond is worth Rs 2 crores. He also revealed that he jokingly messaged Tamannaah, wondering why his name wasn’t included in these ‘ring’ reports. He said, “Aise sab reports aa rahe hai and I’m upset ke mere naam kyun nahi hai? (These reports are coming and I’m upset that why isn’t my name there in these ‘ring’ reports).”

Here’s the real story behind Tamannaah’s diamond ring

Well, it’s true that it was gifted by Upasana Konidela to the actress back in 2019. But, it’s not a diamond. She gifted the ring to Tamannaah as a token of appreciation for her significant contribution in the film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Sharing the picture, she tweeted, “A gift for the super @tamannaahspeaks from Mrs Producer. Missing u already. Catch up soon. SyeraaNarashimaReddy”

Later Tamannaah responded to Upasana’s tweet in 2019 and revealed that it was a bottle opener. She wrote, “This bottle opener shall have many memories attached to it . Felt awesome to catch up after so long , waiting to see you soon , miss u more (sic).“

On the work front, Tamannaah is gearing up for the release of Jailer with Rajinikanth. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the film hits screens on August 10. Additionally, she has Bhola Shankar with Chiranjeevi lined up, along with other exciting projects like Aranmanai 4, Bandra, and Vedaa.

Meanwhile, Vijay’s show Kaalkoot recently released on JioCinemas. He will next be seen in the movie The Devotion Of Suspect X alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan. He also has the movie Afghaani show lined up next.
