Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri announces a Mahabharata-inspired trilogy ‘Parva: An Epic Tale Of Dharma’

Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is known for delivering captivating movies including The Tashkent Files, The Kashmir Files, and The Vaccine War among others. Recently, he was an active part of The Vaccine War and The Kashmir Files Unreported. After the success of both movies, the filmmaker announced another project and it is a Mahabharata-inspired story.

Vivek Agnihotri announces his new movie ‘Parva’

Vivek Agnihotri is all geared to set on a new journey as he announced his new project ‘Parva: An Epic Tale Of Dharma’. He tweeted the announcement as well as he shared the same on his Instagram handle. His caption read, “BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: Is Mahabharat HISTORY or MYTHOLOGY? We, at @iambuddha_films are grateful to the almighty to be presenting Padma Bhushan Dr. SL Bhyrappa’s ‘modern classic’: PARVA – AN EPIC TALE OF DHARMA. There is a reason why PARVA is called ‘Masterpiece of masterpieces’.”

This new project of Vivek Agnihotri is a trilogy and an adaptation of SL Bhyrappa’s Kannada-language book of the same title. The novel retells the distinct story of the Sanskrit epic Mahabharata. It goes deep into the thoughts of its central characters. The novel is a modern classic and has earned widespread acclaim for its distinct approach.

He also took to his Instagram handle to share what is Parva. He also shared a bit of his journey to bring the ‘masterpiece of masterpieces’ to the big screens.

As Vivek Agnihotri has delivered engaging movies, the first look of Parva promises another captivating story that is sure to leave the audience mighty impressed with the narrative.
