Preity Zinta and husband Gene Goodenough are celebrating seven years of togetherness today. On that occasion, the actress took to Instagram and posted a heartfelt note for the man who she calls her ‘lover’, ‘partner’ and ‘best friend’!

Preity, who tied the knot with French beau Gene in February 2016, has known him through good and bad times. As her former boyfriend and Kings XI Punjab co-owner Ness Wadia allegedly molested and assaulted her, Ness was among the first ones to mail his statement to police, while defending Preity.

They tied the knot in a cosy and beautiful ceremony at LA.
