War 2: Hrithik Roshan and Prabhas to come together for Siddharth Anand’s action-thriller?

Yash Raj Films’ action-thriller War starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff took the box-office by storm. The film went on to become a massive success and the producers laughed all the way to the bank. Following the film’s success, it won’t come as a surprise if the makers turn the film into a franchise.

Interestingly, the latest buzz suggests that Siddharth Anand is already gearing up for a stylish action thriller in which we might see Hrithik and Prabhas together. Speculations are rife that Hrithik and Prabhas’ might team up for Siddharth’s big-budget film which could be the sequel of War.

According to the Pinkvilla report, Siddharth has already met the Baahubali star and discussed the basic idea of his upcoming film. The filmmaker is planning to make a stylish action-thriller. Revealing about their meeting a source told the portal, “Siddharth Anand is in the talks with Prabhas for what could be the biggest film of his career. It’s a stylish action thriller and the director has already had multiple meetings with Prabhas at Hyderabad last year before he commenced work on Pathan. While Prabhas has liked Sid’s idea and vision, he has asked him to come with a bound script and then take a final call. The meetings so far have gone off well.”

Buzz also suggest that the film which Siddharth discussed with Prabhas is War 2. And reportedly the Saaho actor will play the antagonist in War 2. Imagine how magnificent it would be to see Hrithik and Prabhas lock horns on the silver screen? We hope these reports turn out to be true.

Meanwhile, Siddharth is currently busy shooting his magnum opus Pathan which features Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham and Deepika Padukone in the lead. After that, he will be collaborating with Hrithik for the third time(after Bang Bang and War) for Fighter. Hopefully, War 2 will mark Siddharth and Hrithik’s fourth collaboration. Coming back to Prabhas, the actor is gearing up for the release of Radhe Shyam. He also has Adipurush and Salaar in his kitty.
