WATCH: Aamir Khan credits his success to sports as Virat Kohli listens attentively

Last night, at the inaugural edition of Indian Sports Honours, the Indian cricket team and Bollywood dazzled to the full glory. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were inseparable throughout the evening. Also, spotted were celebs like Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra, Malaika Arora and a few more at the event.

As Aamir Khan and Virat Kohli were up onstage, Aamir Khan spoke about the importance of sports. He started off by saying that not just amongst adults, but sports should be also encouraged amongst kids. He emphasised the need for sports in schools as a compulsory subject. He then went on to reminisce about his days as a child as he revealed that he wasn’t much into physics, geography and other subjects, but was fascinated by sports majorly.
