Watch: Rishi Kapoor takes a stroll in New York City with Anupam Kher

The ‘Mulk actor’, Rishi Kapoor has recently been to New York City with son Ranbir Kapoor and wife Neetu Kapoor. From last few days, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has become the center topic of discussion, as the actor is undergoing treatment for a yet-to-be-disclosed ailment.

The ace actor recently caught up with his old friend Anupam Kher in New York City’s Manhattan. Rishi Kapoor took to his Twitter handle and shared the post with the caption,”New York, Manhattan. “Kher-free” or is it “Care-free” on Madison Avenue with colleague and old friend Anupam Kher this afternoon!”. In the video, one can see the actor-friends walking in slow motion while talking to each other.

Over the years, Rishi Kapoor and Anupam Kher have worked together in several films including ‘Vijay’ and ‘Chandni’. They were last seen together on screen in 2013 in ‘Chasme Baddoor’.

Also, Anupam Kher took to Twitter and wrote a beautiful message for Rishi Kapoor. He wrote, “Dearest @chintskap ji!! It was so wonderful to meet you & spend some time on d streets of Manhattan. You are such a great & entertaining conversationalist. Loved talking to you about India, New York, the magic of movies & importance of a ‘pause’ in life. Achcha laga aapse milke? “.

Rishi Kapoor announced his departure to USA on his Twitter account last month. He also requested his fans to not speculate unnecessarily.  “Hello, all! I am taking a short leave of absence from work to go to America for some medical treatment. I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. It’s been 45 years “plus” of wear and tear at the movies. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!”.
