‘Wazir’ director Bejoy Nambiar to venture into short films again

Bejoy Nambiar had proved his skills as a filmmaker with ‘Shaitan’ and ‘David.’ But certainly the director entered the big league with his latest release ‘Wazir,’ which is bringing a good amount of praises for him. Bejoy who has made a couple of short films before he turned to this medium of full length feature, is all set to return to this origin with his next.

‘Eros Now’ is planning a web series comprising of 12 short films. Bejoy will be helming them. The ‘Wazir’ director said, “It’s web-series for Eros Now. There will be 12 short films , all unrelated, but each with a spin at the end.”

According to Bejoy’s mentor Anurag Kashyap, making short film is the purest form of filmmaking. So, with his unique style of filmmaking, would Bejoy create another engaging short film like his previous flicks? Let’s wait for the release.
