Nargis Fakhri has a sense of humour that not everyone is aware of. The actress is known for her impromptu wit and bluntness and this is what makes her a fun person to be around. But when it comes to social media, she knows how to keep her calm.

Being a part of social media, she too has got to deal with her share of criticism and trolls. But Nargis has a way of dealing with all of these. Speaking to DNA, the actress said, “These days in USA you can press charges because it’s like assault and harassment. In India that will never happen. I usually ignore the trolls and pay more attention to the people who are positive. I think give more energy to positivity. I know people think I am a very positive person but I am not (laughs). Every day I have to tweet positive things I am saying it for everyone and for myself. I think being positive is a daily process, it takes practice because of the world that we live in and the people we have to deal with. It takes constant doing like every day, like we brush our teeth, to wake up and be grateful and say something nice. If you start in the morning your whole day goes good. Kids should be taught these things in school because these, like health and mental well-being, are the tools that we actually need once we get out of college and have to deal with the real world. Life is stressful and there are so many crazy things happening.”

We second you Nargis…
