What! Aditya Pancholi to serve one year jail sentence

Now that the legal troubles of Sooraj Pancholi over Jiah Khan murder case have finally mellowed down a bit, this time it is his father, Aditya Pancholi who is having a tryst with the law.

The actor has landed himself in trouble for assaulting his neighbour. A senior Police officer released a statement saying, “The local magistrate’s court at suburban Andheri has convicted (Mr) Pancholi for assaulting and criminal intimidation.”

The incident reportedly happened in 2005 when Aditya got into a fight with his neighbour Pratik Pasrani over a parking space. While both had a verbal argument, Pancholi also ended up breaking Pratik’s nose.

Even though Aditya has been granted bail over an amount of Rs 12,000, he is expected to serve an year in jail.
