What happened when SRK took his kids to visit his Delhi home?

Shah Rukh Khan is extremely connected to his kids, we know that! The way he takes care of AbRam or the way he requested the media to be gentle while clicking pictures of his kids, speaks volume about his bond with his children. Through his interviews, the superstar has always conveyed that his kids are too dear to him and he has tried his best to inculcate good values in them. On this note, SRK really wanted his kids to visit his old Delhi house and see the place he grew up in.

In his latest interview with Delhi Times, Shah Rukh Khan revealed about this episode. Once, he took his kids to visit his Delhi home late in the night, but unfortunately, he could not get in because the people occupying the house now, were sleeping. He did not wish to disturb them and hence, he did not go in.

He was quoted saying, “I visited my old C-73 223 DDA flat around 2:30 am in the morning. I wanted to show my kids where I used to live. The door was closed so I left a note for the people living there saying, “I used to stay here and came to show my house to my kids. You were sleeping else I would have disturbed you.” Aww… that’s a little disheartening!

Shah Rukh is currently busy promoting his upcoming movie ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’. He has donned the hat of a travel guide in this film and would be seen helping Anushka Sharma find her lost ring. What happens when they cross each other’s path is what we would get to know when the film releases. It is helmed by Imtiaz Ali.
