Priyanka Chopra

Bollywood’s most versatile actress Priyanka Chopra’s Q&A session with fans on reddit turned out to be irksome for the actress. Chopra deserves a pat on her back for having done the AMA (Ask Me Anything) in the first place. An AMA is exactly what the name suggests. Reddit users can ask the person conducting the AMA pretty much anything. The good part about this is that Reddit has an enormous readership, which translates to excellent publicity if all goes well. PeeCee was bombarded with questions about her father, road being named after him, if the actress supports homosexuality in India and whether she slept with Pitbull.

The session started off comfortably enough, with Chopra quoting Oscar Wilde, answering questions about her Mary Kom biopic (it’s in post production) and peppering her replies with smilies. PeeCee tried to answer but her fans went overboard.
We bring you a little bit of the insanity
Hi Priyanka,
Recently a road was renamed in Andheri, Mumbai after your father. What was the reason that it was renamed? What contributions has your father made that a road was renamed after him and not after countless other people who strived and died for India? What made you decide to nominate him and not other people for such a thing? I as a citizen of this city would like to know from you since the whole deal of renaming a city road unnecessarily is sketchy and shady and reeks of corruption. Thank You.

Big Fan here, Did you sleep with Pitbull for your song. Or he kept you awake the whole night?

Have you seen The World Before Her ? You were a beauty queen before you became an actress, do you think beauty paegants are a bad influence on society (in that they set unrealistic benchmarks and standards for society at large)? Here, I have a second question Ms. Chopra

What do you have to say about this news article, that claims your father was a child molester.

What is your opinion about Bollywood directors balatently ripping off international movies and, getting upset that their movies are not accepted at internation film festivals?

Are you going to contribute anything towards legalizing homosexuality in India? or What are your views?

Seems like The Reddit tradition of AMA (Ask Me Anything) is one of those dangerous things that sounds like a really fun idea until it all goes wrong.
