The craze of ‘Game of Thrones‘ has reached a new level with the recent season of the series. All the GoT fans have literally gone mad because of the show, but well, did you know that one of the actresses from GoT series, Indira Varma was a part of a British-Indian film called ‘Pride and Prejudice’. Yes, we are talking about the film which had Aishwarya Rai Bachchan playing the lead character of Latika Bakshi.
The film helmed by Gurinder Chadha is the Bollywood-style adaptation of the book ‘Pride and Prejudice’ and consists of several Hollywood stars including Indira Varma. Indira is a Hollywood star with Indian origin. She plays the role of Ellaria Sand in ‘Game of Thrones’ while in ‘Pride and Prejudice’, Indira played the role of Kiran Balraj. She shared the screen with Aishwarya in this film and this has become the news of the hour.
Well, if we just dig the past, many such actresses who are of Indian origin have been a part of extremely successful international series. The best example here is of Nimrat Kaur who was a part of famous international series ‘Homeland’.
