Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and South superstar Rajinikanth are best of friends. The two have shared screen space in a number of films. The friendship of the two powerhouses of talents goes back a long way now. Recently at a sports event superstar Rajinikanth shocked one and all when he went ahead and touched Amitabh Bachchan;s feet in public.

Actor Rajinikanth has a humongous fan following down South his fans worship as a god. The very down to earth superstar bowed down and touched Amitabh Bachchan’s feet, proving that at heart he is a humble man without any airs of a superstar.

The legend had the younger generation of actors completely star struck by his mere presence ta the event. It was proven when Alia Bhatt who got a chance to meet the star confessed, “It was for the first time that I was meeting him. I was starstruck… I was shaking. But I was very excited. It was amazing meeting him.”

The new crop of actors should take a lesson from the legend and not let fame get to their head.
