Why ‘TE3N’ and not ‘TEEN’? Sujoy Ghosh reveals…

Filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh has turned a producer once more, with director Ribhu Dasgupta’s ‘TE3N’. It is a thriller which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan. The title of the film implies the number ‘3’. Then why ‘TE3N’ and not ‘Teen’? Sujoy just revealed…

Ribhu and Sujoy together decided to make it ‘TE3N’ as writing ‘TEEN’ might refer to Teen (age) and people would reach different conclusions about the film’s story. Also, we assume that the number refers to the protagonists of the film who take active parts in solving the mystery.

‘Te3n’ is a story of a grandfather who mourns his granddaughter’s death and kidnapping. For years, he keeps looking for the kidnapper. Will he finally succeed? The trailer promises us a gripping thriller.

The film is slated for a release on June 10.
