“Will miss Shah Rukh during the release of Bajirao Mastani”: Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone, 8 years back, made her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan in Farah Khan’s ‘Om Shanti Om’. In less than a week, the leggy beauty, along with her new venture ‘Bajirao Mastani’ directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, will be clashing with SRK’s ‘Dilwale’.

Quite ironically, the 2007 film ‘Om Shanti Om’ had also clashed with ‘Sawariya’ which was a Bhansali directorial as well.

I am definitely going to miss Shah Rukh on that day. Eight years ago, it was a very special day when I started my journey, my career. So, the feeling is there that I will miss him as he is part of some other movie.  But having said that, we both are doing very different films. As an audience it is very exciting that we will get to see two such different kinds of movies”- Deepika said.

We are sure both the films will give us great treats. Our wishes to both!
