Now this is the most interesting news you will come across today! Salman Khan as ‘Dabangg’ and Ajay Devgn as ‘Singham’ have been one of our most favourite characters. The cops have entertained us to the core and we simply can’t imagine the entertainment level that these two will bring along when pitted together.
So we recently met Ajay Devgn, while he was on his toes promoting his upcoming film ‘Baadshaho’, and asked him whether there’s any chance of this ‘Singham Dabangg’ cross-over taking place. To this, he answered with a broad smile that “We (Salman and Ajay) have spoken about that. Salman and I have discussed the possibility of making a ‘Singham Dabangg’ cross-over. Let’s see. But there should be a good script. The script should justify coming together of the two characters. If we get a script, we would definitely make a film.” (Also Read: Here’s how Ajay Devgn reacted on patch up reports between Kajol and Karan Johar)
Well, we can’t keep now and we want this cross-over to happen soon. We know that ‘Dabangg 3’ is already in the making, may be after that they can collaborate and entertain the audience.
Talking about ‘Baadshaho’, Ajay Devgn would be sharing the screen space with Ileana D’Cruz, Esha Gupta, Vidyut Jammwal and Emraan Hashmi in this heist film, based during the time of Emergency in India. Directed by Milan Luthria, ‘Baadshaho’ is slated to release on September 1 clashing with Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar in ‘Shubh Mangal Savdhan’. Rumours suggest that it is inspired from the celebrated Hollywood movie ‘The Italian Job’. However, we can only come to know of that after watching the movie.
P.S. In the same interview, Ajay also revealed the release date of the trailer of his next film ‘Golmaal Again’. The trailer of this Rohit Shetty directorial will be released somewhere around September 15.
