Wishing Athiya Shetty on her birthday rapper Drake says he has watched ‘Mubarakan’ thrice!

Athiya Shetty celebrated her 26th birthday on November 5, 2018 on the sets of her upcoming release ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’. The leggy beauty who had marked her Bollywood debut opposite Sooraj Pancholi in a Salman Khan Production ‘Hero’ has millions of followers on her social media accounts who keeps commenting on her posts. But one particular name has caught the attention of many and that is of, international star and rapper Drake who is one of her ardent followers.

The Canadian rapper who is a good friend of Athiya has just like last year wished the star on her birthday this year too. On a picture shared by the actress on her Instagram handle Drake, who goes by the name of Champagne Papi on Instagram, commented on the post and wrote: “Happy birthday to my Shetty a true Goddess. Guess who is watching Mubakaran 3 times on the tour bus in your honour. He added colorful heart emoticons as well.”

As per reports, Drake had spotted Athiya at a club in London and found her pretty and has connected with her on Instagram after that. He has been following the ‘Mubarakan’ actress for quite some time now and even leaves sweet comments on her posts. Last year, there were rumours that the actress and singer were dating but the same was squashed by a source close to the actress.

On the work front, Athiya will next be seen in ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’co-starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The movie is said to be a rom-com and Siddiqui today shared their look from the film.

Talking about rapper-singer Drake is currently riding high on the success of his album Scorpion which has already reached Gold status and Platinum status in many nations. One of the songs also led to the famous Kiki Challenge.
