Woah! Sonam Kapoor bags Akshay Kumar’s ‘PadMan’

Akshay Kumar had recently surprised all of us by listing down the number of his lined up films, one of it being his wifey Twinkle Khanna’s debut production venture ‘PadMan’. The film which has got all of us excited would be directed by R Balki and well, here’s another update on the same. The female lead in this film is going to be none other than our fashionista Sonam Kapoor.

Sonam recently took to her Instagram handle to make this announcement. She posted,

For all those who don’t know, ‘PadMan’ is based on the life of an entrepreneur named Arunachalam Muruganantham, who invented the first low-cost sanitary napkins in India. Akshay Kumar would be essaying the role of Arunachalam while Sonam would be his female lead. Reports also state that Radhika Apte will also be a part of this film.
