WHAT! Yami Gautam has a SECRET TikTok account

Yami Gautam is basking in the glory of the success of ‘Bala’ in which she co-starred alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar. The actress played the role of a famous TikTok star. To prepare for her character Yami Gautum revealed that she made a secret TikTok account.

According to a report by Latestly, Yami Gautum said she did not know about the existence of TikTok before ‘Bala’ and how crazy everyone was about it, she said, “No. The first thing that I did after signing the film was downloading the app.”

Back when the app was called Musically, her sister has asked her to feature in a video. But, she did not understand her obsession with it, to which her sister said it was quite big. Yami continued, “Thankfully, there was Chandni, who was part of the digital team. I requested her to come over to my place and be with me for a couple of days.”

Then she revealed that she opened a secret account on TikTok to prepare for her role, “I made a secret account and followed so many people. And no celebrities. There were just those TikTokers. There were so many funny people. They were so funny, bizarre, videos. And I was just shocked. I asked if this is what I had to do, and they said yes and you have to make it just as believable,” she added.
