YJHD unable to break Ek Tha Tiger’s record

Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani release had set the cash registers rolling ,it entered the 100 crore club within seven days .Even trade analyst Taran Adarsh had Tweeted “#YehJawaaniHaiDeewani collects 107.61 cr in Week 1. Fri 19.45 cr, Sat 20.16 cr, Sun 22.5 cr, Mon 13 cr, Tue 12 cr, Wed 11 cr, Thu 9.5 cr.”but still it could not surpass the record set by Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger.

As per sources, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer had managed to the collection of Rs 100 cr within five days of its release and on the first day itself it had earned aroundRs 32 cr whereas Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani could only collect Rs 19 cr on first day.
