If you have kept an eye on Kareena Kapoor’s transformation since Taimur’s birth then you would know that the gorgeous diva has lost enormous amount of weight. She now appears to be more fit and fabulous than earlier. To sport such a lean figure, Bebo underwent a Pilate training under the guidance of celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit. The fitness trainer recently revealed it to Mid-day that Kareena has lost almost 16 kilos after the birth of Taimur. We aren’t joking. She has been quoted saying, “She came to me 45 days after her son, Taimur, was born. She did not have a particular body size that she wanted to achieve. Kareena only wanted to be fit and flexible again. She has lost 16 kilos since we first started working out.”
