You won’t believe what Karan Johar calls Rani Mukerji to tease her

Karan Johar is very close to Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukerji. Not many people know that Karan and Adi cousins. Recently, Karan met Rani, Aditya and Adira (Rani’s daughter) in Europe and spend some time with them. The ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ director revealed that he teases Rani by calling her Mother India because she is obsessive about her daughter.

Karan in an interview with a leading magazine said, “I met Rani and Adi (Aditya Chopra) in Europe and spent some time with them. I kept teasing Rani by calling her Mother India because she’s obsessive about her daughter. We’re all amused about that. Adi and I are always laughing about how hysterical she is, but she’s lovely.”

“Adira is beautiful. Adi and Rani are special to me and their child is exceptionally special. I get teary eyed when I see Rani and Adi as parents. Adi is my closest friend in the industry. In fact we’re best friends,” he added.

That’s cute. After all, that’s what best friends do, give you embarrassing nicknames for life.
