After ‘Zero’s failure, Aanand L Rai now wants to work with THIS actress

Ace director Aanand L Rai, has given us some hit mass entertainers like ‘Raanjhanaa’, ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ among several others. Unfortunately, his last film ‘Zero’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif failed to create any magic at the box-office. The filmmaker is now gearing up for his next project. And the latest buzz suggests that he wants to rope Alia Bhatt in it.

A report in Pinkvilla states that Aanand L Rai is considering Alia Bhatt to portray the leading role in his untitled project, as he thinks that she perfectly fits the bill. While no details have been made official about the project yet, if things fall in place this will be Alia and Aanand’s first collaboration for a feature film. Interestingly Alia was seen in a cameo role alongside other Bollywood actresses in ‘Zero’.

The ‘Gully Boy’ actress, has become one of the most sought after actresses in the film industry. Alia has five big-budget films in her kitty i.e ‘Inshallah’, ‘Sadak 2’, ‘Takht’, ‘Brahmastra’, and ‘RRR’. Currently, she is enjoying a mini vacation in London with her ‘Brahmastra’ team and sister Shaheen Bhatt.
