Drishyam 2 Box Office: Ajay Devgn feels ‘Humbled’ as the movie enters 200 crore club with elan

Drishyam 2 which was released November 18 has now entered the 200 crore club with elan. Despite many releases like Bhediya, An Action Hero and Salaam Venky, the movie stood tall and garnered good responses from the fans. Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Akshaye Khanna starrer raked in Rs 4.67 crores on the 4th Saturday. Adding the latest number, the film’s total comes to Rs 203.58 crores which is quite impressive. 

The movie has come to its fourth week and the film is counting to mint money. As Drishyam 2 entered the 200 crore club, Ajay Devgn is humbled by the latest box office collections. He wrote on his Instagram, “#Drishyam2 200 Cr plus and counting. Congratulations to the entire team. And, thank you all for the love. Humbled” Moreover, Drishyam 2’s fourth Saturday collections have been extraordinary and this will be a post pandemic record. Thus, the suspense thriller beats Yash starrer KGF 2 (Hindi) which earned Rs 4.42 crore nett on its 4th Saturday.

Week 4

Friday – Rs 2.62 crore 

Saturday – Rs 4.67 crore

Earlier, for the highest third-week grossers of 2022, Drishyam 2 surpassed the third-week collections of Anupam Kher starrer The Kashmir Files. 

Here are the highest Third Week Grossers of 2022: 

KGF – Chapter 2 – Rs. 49.14 cr
RRR – Rs. 38.20 cr
Drishyam 2 – Rs. 32.82 cr
The Kashmir Files – Rs. 30.95 cr
Brahmastra – Rs. 26.76 cr

Bollywood Bubble gave 3.5 stars to Drishyam 2.
