The Hindi version of the movie Liger has made a low collection on the second day at the box office. The Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer saw a fall in the Day 2 collections. The Puri Jagannadh directorial was released in theatres on Thursday, however, the Hindi version of the movie was out on Friday, August 26.
A Box Office India report said that Liger (Hindi) made a collection of 4.25 crore nett on the second day. The Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer collected 4.50 crore on the opening day. With its decent opening at the box office, including the paid previews, the Puri Jagannadh directorial has collected a total of 10 crore nett on the two days of its release.
According to the report, “Liger (Hindi) was pretty much flat on day two as it collected 4.25 crore nett taking its total to 10 crore nett including paid previews. The collections on Saturday were expected to drop more but the film was saved by the evening collections to an extent which bouth the Saturday total almost to the level of Friday.”

As per the report, the Puri Jagannadh film can witness a low collection on the third day, i.e Sunday because of the cricket match that is happening. The report even said that the movie needs to hold better and maintain its pace at the box office on the first Monday, for it to perform.
Talking about Liger, the movie is directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced under the banners- Dharma Productions and Puri Connects. The movie also features Mike Tyson in a cameo appearance. It even stars Vish Reddy, apart from Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda.
Bollywood Bubble gave the movie Liger a rating of two and half stars in the review.
