Both films, Ram Setu and Thank God have witnessed a jump in the fifth-day collections at the box office. The movies had released in theatres on Diwali, October 25, and had clashed at the box office, too. The Akshay Kumar starrer saw a growth of 20% while the Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra movie raked a decent collection on Day 5.

As per a report, Ram Setu is inching towards the 50 crore mark in the box office collections and with that, Thank God also followed the trend of growth on Saturday. A Box Office India report said that Ram Setu collected 7.25 crore and saw some solid growth in the collections at the bigger centres. In total, the Akshay Kumar starrer managed to rake a collection of 47.50 crore nett in the five days of its release.

Day 1 – Tuesday – 15,00,00,000 apprx

Day 2 – Wednesday – 11,00,00,000 apprx

Day 3 – Thursday – 8,25,00,000 apprx

Day 4 – Friday – 6,00,00,000 apprx

Day 5 – Saturday – 7,25,00,000 apprx

TOTAL – 47,50,00,000 apprx

The film Thank God also showed a growth in the collections on the first Saturday, at the box office. The movie featuring Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra made a collection of 3.25 crore nett. It raked a collection of 23.25 crore nett, in the six days of the release.

The box office collections of Thank god are as follows below:

Day 1 – Tuesday – 7,50,00,000

Day 2 – Wednesday – 5,75,00,000

Day 3 – Thursday- 4,00,00,000

Day 4 – Friday – 2,75,00,000

Day 5 – Saturday – 3,25,00,000

TOTAL – 23,25,00,000

Meanwhile,  talking about Ram Setu, the movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha, and Satyadev. In terms of Thank God, the film features Rakul Preet Singh too, other than Ajay and Sidharth.
