The movie RRR witnessed a solid growth in the box office collections of day 2. The movie is directed by SS Rajamouli and was released on March 25. The Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer got a phenomenal opening at the box office. RRR managed to rake a collection of 19 crore nett on the first day of its release at the box office. The SS Rajamouli directorial saw a growth in the collections on the second day. The Ram Charan and Jr NTR movie is riding high on positive reviews as well.

A Box Office India report said that the SS Rajamouli starrer saw a 25% growth in the second day collections. The film has managed to make a collection of 24 crore nett. It is now inching closer to the 50 crore mark in the 2 days of its release. RRR has made a total collection of 43 crore nett in two days of the release.

According to the report, “RRR (Hindi) showed solid growth on Saturday of 25% as it collected 24 crore nett which is a very good trend for a film in this zone. Its not huge growth but for such a big film catering to the mass audience this is excellent growth. The plus for the film was that business in single screens hardly saw a drop which enabled practically all circuits to make good gains on Saturday. The business went up even in places like CPCI Rajasthan and Gujarat.

As per the report, “The two day numbers so far are good enough and the Sunday will be much better but that Monday is hugely important because of the costs involved and it needs to sustain as despite a likely excellent weekend it had to be higher for the costs involved.

Meanwhile, RRR stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn apart from Ram Charan and Jr NTR. Bollywood Bubble gave the movie RRR 4 stars in its review.
