Vikram Vedha Box Office: Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan starrer Day 8 collections

The movie Vikram Vedha has made decent collections at the box on the eight day of the release. Helmed by Pushkar and Gayatri, the film was released in theatres on September 30. The Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan starrer made collections of over 55 crore at the box office in the first week. And, the film was inching towards the 60 crore mark.

Vikram Vedha managed to surpass the 60 crore mark on the eighth day at the box office. The Pushkar and Gayatri directorial made a collection of 62 crore nett in total on Day 8. A Box Office India report said that the Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan starrer collected 2.75 crore nett on the second Friday.

The film saw a huge fall in the box office collections of the second Friday, since the day one. However, despite other release like Ponniyin Selvan 1 and Goodbye, the Pushkar and Gayatri directorial has maintained a strong hold on the second Friday.

Wednesday – 7,25,00,000 apprx

Thursday – 3,25,00,000 apprx

TOTAL – 59,25,00,000 apprx

Friday – 2,75,00,000 apprx

TOTAL – 62,00,00,000

As per the report, “Vikram Vedha collected 2.75 crore nett apprx on day eight which is a drop of 20% apprx from Thursday and it really had to be same as Friday if it is to reach the 100 crore nett mark.” The report further stated that Vikram Vedha should put up fair numbers on Saturday and Sunday. The movie could do around 90 crore nett for the lifetime business, which is a poor result, says the report.

Meanwhile, the movie Vikram Vedha also features Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf and Sharib Hashmi.

Bollywood Bubble gave the movie a rating of three and a half stars in the review.
