Bipasha Basu posts a throwback picture with Karan Singh Grover wishing him a speedy recovery

Today Karva Chauth is celebrated all over India and our married Bollywood divas are also not left behind. From Sonam Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Shilpa Shetty, almost every Bollywood actress is celebrating this auspicious occasion.

Taking to her Instagram handle, bong beauty Bipasha Basu shared a throwback picture of her first Karwa Chauth with hubby Karan Singh Grover. The adorable picture is captioned as, “Our first Karva Chauth pictures post our wedding #throwback..We both pray for the safety and longevity of each other and for the love that all couples share for each other..Get well sooner than soon my Superman @iamksgofficial..Happy #karvachauth…”

You might be wondering why Bipasha has wished for a speedy recovery of her husband. Well, Karan injured himself while shooting for his film ‘Aadat’ in London with his wife. As per reports, Karan injured his back and then he had a leg fracture on the sets. A report in the Times Of India says, “Complaining of excruciating pain, he was rushed to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a spiral tibial fracture. He underwent surgery the same night and has been advised best rest for about a week. Bipasha and Karan will fly back to India once he is discharged.”

Apparently, the couple might not celebrate Karwa Chauth this year due to Karan’s health issues and this made Mrs Grover a bit nostalgic about last year’s Karwa Chauth. We wish Karan for a speedy recovery.

Talking about ‘Aadat’, it will be a comeback for Bipasha Basu and Karan (after ‘Alone’) as an on-screen couple.
