Tiger Shroff is one of the most popular actors of his generation. The actor made his debut in the Bollywood industry with the 2014 film Heropanti along with Kriti Sanon and he has successfully managed to carve a niche for himself in the industry but many fans would not know that Tiger is not the A Flying Jatt actor’s real name. Yes, you read that right!

In an old interview with Hindustan Times in 2014, the actor revealed the reason behind the change in his name and it will surely make you go LOL! The actor said: “I used to bite as a kid, like bite everyone around. I bit my teacher in school, and even got punished for that.” That’s why his name was changed to Tiger Shroff from Jai Hemant and that is the name given to him by his father Jackie Shroff.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Tiger was last seen in Baaghi 3 where he reunited with Shraddha Kapoor, which was the third installment of the Baaghi film series. Next, the actor will be seen next in Heropanti 2, which is the second instalment of his 2014 action movie and it will also feature his Student Of The Year 2 co-star Tara Sutaria in the lead. It is scheduled for a release on April 29 this year.

The Munna Michael actor will also be seen in Ganapth co starring Kriti Sanon. The film is scheduled to be released on 23 December 2022. Next, the star will also be collaborating with Akshay Kumar for the first time in Bade Miya Chote Miyan. Recently, the makers had also released the teaser video. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and will be releasing on Christmas 2023.
