Karan Johar’s throwback picture with Shah Rukh will make you nostalgic

Karan Johar always keeps his fans updated with his Instagram posts and stories. He is super active on his social media handle and he knows how to keep his fans hooked. Yesterday, the filmmaker posted a throwback picture on his Instagram story with Shah Rukh Khan.

Sharing the post, Karan captioned it as, “Throwback SRK.” In the picture, Karan and Shah Rukh are seen discussing a scene apparently just before the shot. It is during the days of ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ shoot.

Karan Johar made his debut as a director with 90’s blockbuster hit ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. Recently, the film completed 20 years of its release and the entire ‘KKHH’ team including Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji reunited at a grand event.

Karan and Shah Rukh share a good camaraderie and SRK is like an older brother to him. Karan always calls Shah Rukh as ‘Bhai’. On Shah Rukh’s birthday, Karan posted an adorable picture of King Khan feeding cake to wife Gauri Khan. He captioned it as, “Happy birthday bhai!!!! Have known Gauri and you for 25 years and it will always be the most special relationship of my life!!! Thank you for being family and for all the memories …and here’s to many more!!! May #zero be your biggest and hugest blockbuster!!!”

Earlier in an interview with DNA, Karan spoke about his debut movie ‘KKHH’ and said, “I can’t believe I have been around for two decades in the industry. I also can’t believe that ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ is 20 years old. I feel like I was a different person then… more innocent, a little more lost, a lot less confident.”
