Priyanka Chopra’s #MetGala2019 outfit is costlier than the monthly rent of a 3 BHK sea-facing Mumbai flat

While several celebrities caught our attention with their red carpet looks, Priyanka Chopra totally slayed in her attire. PeeCee’s appearance at the star-studded event was a little too much for people to digest, and you will be definitely shocked to know the price of her Met Gala outfit.

On Monday, Priyanka had marked her third attendance at the Met Gala, with hubby Nick Jonas. Never the one to fear experimentation, the stunning actress has always pushed the boundaries. Thus it was no surprise that she stole the show at this year’s MET Gala. PeeCee was dressed by Dior for the star-studded occasion. She carried a super dramatic silver cage dress which includes a skirt and cape. Her extravagant gown was made from rainbow feather detailing, silver strass and tulle detailing. Reportedly, to create the exaggerated look of her outfit, each feather was cut by hand and then attached in a sequential manner to her outfit.

As per the reports, it took more than two months for the designers to create this caged bodice dress to feature it at the Met Gala 2019. The Dior outfit that Priyanka Chopra was wearing at the event was of Rs. 45 lakhs approximately, meaning it is costlier than the monthly rent of a 3 bhk sea facing flat in Mumbai. Not just that, her diamond earrings were worth Rs. 10 lakhs. Isn’t that amazing?
